Conlcusione Progetto di formazione e aggiornamento finanziato dalla Regione Veneto

Si è concluso il 19 dicembre l’ultima attività del Progetto: “Strategie di internazionalizzazione per l’entrata nei mercati europei di Batagello srl” Codice: 6457-1-687-2017 – CUP: H85D17000170009, collegata a un’importante iniziativa promossa dalla Regione Veneto con la DGR 687: L’impresa Inn-FORMATA La formazione che innova le imprese venete.
Il progetto, elaborato in seguito a un’attenta analisi dei fabbisogni svolta dal management e da esperti di internazionalizzazione e di ricerche di nuovi mercati esteri, ha fornito le competenze per l’impiego strategico di nuove tecnologie per far si che, in uno scenario globale altamente dinamico e competitivo, il Pastificio Battagello possa emergere senza essere penalizzato dalla propria dimensione e possa espandersi a livello europeo ed internazionale elaborando strategie di export.

Il progetto ha cercato di potenziare le strategie di internazionalizzazione e della presenza in nuovi mercati geografici, ha approfondito aspetti di fiscalità internazionale, potenziando il ruolo della marketing nella sfida dell’internazionalizzazione e sviluppando le competenze linguistiche dei lavoratori coinvolti nel processo di sviluppo dell’export. L’azienda, con il supporto dei collaboratori dei partner operativi, ha iniziato a individuare quali potrebbero essere i mercati particolarmente attraenti. Grazie a un finanziamento FESR è stato possibile svolgere una ricerca di mercato e si poi realizzata una mobilità professionale in Francia grazie alla quale è stato possibile conoscere realtà d’eccellenza e lo scambio d’esperienze con altre aziende estere.

A conclusione del progetto, all’interno del quale sono stati organizzati momenti di condivisione (un seminario internazionale), i dipendenti coinvolti sono stati 6 e tutti hanno partecipato assiduamente alle attività con percentuali vicine al 100% a testimonianza del gradimento generale del progetto svolto.
